Pride Fashion Show - 2023
I was invited to be one of 3 designers that presented collections at the Pride Kick-off Event produced by the Finney Music Group and hosted by the Bourbon Room in Hollywood. My fashion collection was a love letter to the trans community and featured an intentionally diverse group of models and collaborators. The collection was comprised of 10 complete looks and was constructed using 90% recycled and upcycled materials.

Inspiration and Process
This collection was a labor of love for me. The use of denim as a textile through this collection allowed me to explore ways of recycling and upcycling. Denim is traditionally created and used for hearty work wear but finding new ways of presenting denim as soft and femme while still being a durable and strong textile was an element that is highlighted. The concise and specific color pallet is a direct reference to the trans flag and allowed an element of contrast to the denim.
